It’s a major award!
I won! I won! I won!
One of my favorite travel websites has a daily photo contest. WD was nagging me to submit some of my travel photos so to pacify her, I entered one of my better pictures. It seems she was right, check it out here at Gadling.com.
The winning photo was actually the first frame of this short video I shot:
Now that we are flush with cash from our winnings, we’ll upgrade our tickets to first class and add a couple more years to this trip while staying in five star accommodations and dining on the finest food.
Yeah, right. I think I have some Ramen around here somewhere. Would be quite a dream to get paid for travel photography… anybody out there looking to hire? It seems our readers are enjoying the pictures anyway.
And yes, if you have seen the newest Indiana Jones movie those are the exact falls that appear in the film–although Indiana was supposed to be in Peru for his latest adventure. But you caught that too right?
Extra: Five points to anyone who can tell us the name of the movie where I got the title of this post. Post your guess in the comments section.
Hint: It’s not Indiana Jones–and think Christmas.

A Christmas Story?

CONGRATULATIONS!! You are the smartest brother I have. I am actually surprised that the other Brian in our life did not get this one. Every year I trap Sean’s family in our living room on Christmas and make them watch “The Christmas Story”. On TNT they run the movie for 24 hours so I keep flipping back to the channel until we can see it one time the whole way through. They got out of it this year (or maybe they watched it in my honor, doubt it) but wait til we get back!!
So brother, as the winner of this post, I will buy you a Starbucks coffee when we get home. And now the other Brian should REALLY be mad he did not guess, he practically lives there.
Congrats brother on your major Starbucks award. ** Dawn**
