Back in December, an entire database file for Byteful Travel vanished for no discernible reason. We still don't know what caused it. But, thankfully, my host keeps daily and weekly backups and was able to restore the database with a minimum of data loss. But I know I can't rely on them completely so I download complete site backups every few weeks. Best of luck getting the site back together. :) Aren’t those server errors the darndest things?
